Mike came out within the hour, diagnosed the problem right away (the board had tripped from all the recent rain), and fixed it on the spot. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful the whole time.It’s rare to get this level of quick, reliable service. Huge thanks to Mike and the Culligan team — highly recommend!

I had the best experience with a wonderful woman named Sarah who took time with me to explain so much about water quality, and how CULLIGAN could improve, not only my health and that of my family, but also the lifespan of my appliances. I never felt like I was being sold a product, but rather educated about something that could help me and simply given the choice about whether or not I wanted to invest in something of high-quality. The gentleman who installed my system was great as well. He was efficient, courteous, and very professional. I am so happy I made the decision to move forward with this investment!

Water softeners are great and we love ours. Have been customers for years with a previous company and now culligan. Would recommend them to anyone. Miles is very friendly and understands customer service.

This is our second time around with this company as we had moved and didn't need them for three years and now we're back with them and we could not be more pleased with their customer service and always helpful on the phone. Culligan of Sarasota is so easy to work with. We have our bottled water delivered. We have a schedule but get reminders which is nice. The water is excellent of course!

Culligan has some great techs that deliver our water. Jared is our regular guy and he’s always friendly and helpful. Kevin has delivered also and he’s great, as well. We love the water, the taste is superb, and it’s so handy to have a water dispenser and not those plastic bottles to lug from the store. I recommend Culligan to everyone that drinks water! 😉

My delivery person Jared Parmer was excellent. Well informed and helpful, he brought my bottles inside (which at my age and having recent hip surgery was a godsend) and helped set up my needs for future deliveries. He also set up and thoroughly explained the system, how it works etc.,I am very happy to have Jared delivering my water, I recently moved back to Florida from MN where I had culligan for over 8 years, nice to find the same service and care I had there, down here.

Jared Parmer installed my bottom loading water dispenser & it was malfunctioning so he brought a brand new one out to me & installed it which I am very happy with. Hot, cold and room temperature water for the cats, what more can you ask for. He is punctual, comes when he says he is and notifies me if he's going to be late or early. Excellent service and a great product at a great price!!!

Always send me notices to remind me to have my water bottles outside on delivery day. They have been consistent with deliveries, and the prices are very fair. The water quality is fantastic!

I’ve had culligan here in Florida as a Floridian for over a decade. They do a great job and I don’t need a water filtration system because I prefer to have 10 5 gallon jugs on hand during hurricane season. I’ve never had one problem or issue with Culligan. Don’t spend thousands on a water filtration system when all you gotta do is call culligan

I wished I had taken the plug 5 years ago!!!I was talked out of putting in a water softener system in my home when I moved here by friends. So I have been struggling with those huge blue plastic bottles and jugs all this time! They are heavy and take up so much room and TIME!!Took the plunge and Mike Hepner walked me through the process and it is in and the water and the convience is just heavenly!!!! I love IT!!!
