Platinum Care Guarantee

Quality water has never been so simple! Sarasota Culligan’s Platinum Care provides you with worry-free water quality. Culligan Platinum Care includes salt, filters, chemicals, parts and labor, for as long as you are a member.

Coverage price varies based on equipment covered, raw water characteristics and water usage.

Water Softeners

Preventative Maintenance – Every 90 days a Culligan Service Technician will perform a check up and maintenance on your system
Salt Delivery – We will maintain the salt for your system
Parts – All parts and components are covered
Labor – Never pay for service labor during normal business hours

Drinking Water Systems

Annual scheduled service call for testing and sanitization
Annual filter change
Replace RO Membrane as Needed
Test water
Cover parts and labor for the entire system

Automatic Filters

Chemical delivery
Rebed filter media if needed
